Use of External Services
We use external services for website delivery, security, and inquiry handling. The handling of information by external service providers is governed by the terms, privacy policies, and other rules established by the respective providers.
4.1 Cloudflare
We use web delivery and security-related services provided by Cloudflare, Inc., including Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile processes technical signals relating to the browser environment and other relevant factors as necessary to prevent automated submissions and other misuse of the contact form.

Except where required by law or otherwise permitted by applicable law, we do not provide personal data to third parties without the individual’s consent.
We may, however, use external services to the extent necessary to operate and secure this website or to handle inquiries.
06
Security Management
We endeavor to implement necessary and appropriate safeguards to prevent unauthorized access to, leakage, loss, destruction, or damage of personal information that we handle.
Such measures include limiting access, appropriately managing authentication information and Secret Keys, using measures such as Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent unauthorized submissions, and deleting information that is no longer necessary.
07
Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information for the period necessary to respond to an inquiry.
Once the response and any other necessary handling have been completed and we determine that no further follow-up is required, we close the inquiry and, as a general rule, delete the original inquiry containing the name, email address, inquiry text, and other personally identifiable information after a 30-day confirmation period.
Where it is necessary to retain a record for purposes such as understanding inquiry trends or improving operations, we may retain only a record from which names, email addresses, and other information identifying an individual have been removed so that the individual cannot be identified.
Where there is a reasonable need to retain information, including to comply with legal obligations, protect rights, address disputes, respond to misuse, nuisance conduct, or security issues, or manage ongoing corporate or business matters, we may retain the relevant information only for as long as necessary.

After confirming the details of the request and the retained personal data concerned, and carrying out any necessary identity verification, we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
With respect to the name and address of the personal information handling business operator and any other matters that applicable law requires to be made available to the individual, we will respond to a request from the individual in accordance with applicable law.
